FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DRAWINGS:

1. What kind of pencil is used?
Colored pencils are artistic, professional and imported. All first-rate: the papers and all the other materials. I make a point of using everything of the best quality.

2. How do I order a realistic pencil portrait?
You must send high resolution and quality photos to the email: contato@izabelpariz.com . 
Face shots only (always closer). We do not accept photos of the distant face, without sharpness, blurry and with bad lighting. The details in the photograph need to be well visualized - they are very important for a very realistic result in the drawing.

3. How is payment made?
After the photo has been analyzed and approved, you must send at least one Pix or 50% transfer for the work to start. The remainder (50%) will be paid at the end of the work. Or interest-free installments of up to 3x on your credit card. Installments from 4 to 12 x, with interest.
 
4. Do I have any proof of authorship of the work?
Certainly. All works are sent with my signature and certificate of authenticity.

5. How is the work sent?
For deliveries throughout Brazil, shipping is free of charge (this offer is for a limited time only). To deliver outside Brazil, shipping will be charged.
